Concept Phase
This is where ideas take shape. We explore your goals, style preferences, and project requirements to create initial sketches, mood boards, and spatial layouts.
Design Development
Your chosen concept is refined with more accurate dimensions, material selections, and structural considerations. We detail floor plans, elevations, and 3D views while collaborating with engineers and consultants.
Design Drawings
We develop detailed design drawings, sections, schedules, and notes, with coordination for review by the appropriate licensed professionals as required by the project.
Treyvon Perry
Pinehart Studios is led by Treyvon Perry, CEO and Lead Designer. Perry studied at the University of Texas at Arlington and delivered a TEDx talk at UTA in 2020 on the potential of 3D printing in housing. His work spans custom home design, interiors, design-build, project coordination, visualization, and 3D-printed construction.
